Arrival by car

Access via A4 (Cologne/Aachen) and A44 (Düsseldorf/Liège) to freeway junction Aachen, then follow A4 direction Antwerp/Heerlen. Leave the freeway at the Laurensberg exit and turn right towards Aachen Laurensberg. Take the 1st right onto the Toledo Ring, direction Maastricht (Klinikum). In the underpass take the exit RWTH-Melaten. Then take the second exit in the traffic circle into Forckenbeckstrasse and follow it for 950 m.

There will be two options to park your car during the meeting.

Parking Garage Forckenbeck
If you wish to come by car you can park here only if you purchased a RWTH parking ticket together with your registration for the meeting (9€ per day).

Parking Garage Uniklinik Aachen / Parkhaus Süd
If you wish to come by car you can park here without purchasing a parking ticket in advance. Please notice that there will be costs related to the time of parking (10€ per day).

Arrival by plane

Flights to Cologne, Düsseldorf or Maastricht (NL).

Further on by rental car (from Cologne or Düsseldorf about 100 km, from Maastricht about 35 km) via A4 or A44 to Aachen.

Arrival in Cologne: By train to Hauptbahnhof (central train station) Cologne (change trains) and then to train station (Bf) Aachen West.

Arrival in Düsseldorf: By S-Bahn to Hauptbahnhof (central train station) Düsseldorf (change trains), and then to train station (Bf) Aachen West.

Then take cab to Forckenbeckstrasse 71, Center for Teaching and Training CT² of the Medical Faculty of RWTH Aachen University.

Arrival by train

Take the train to Aachen West station. Further on by cab to Forckenbeckstrasse 71, Center for Teaching and Training CT² of the Medical Faculty of RWTH Aachen University.

Arrival by bus

The participation fee includes bus ticket for all three meeting days. To get this ticket, you must order it when purchasing your conference ticket. We will send it to you prior to the meeting.
Starting from Aachen Bushof you can take the following lines: 1, 33, 73 (leaving every 15 minutes, non-stop ride).
Starting from Aachen Hautbahnhof (central train station) you can take the following line: 3 A (leaving every 15 minutes, non-stop ride).

From there approx. 3 min. walk to the Center for Teaching and Training CT².
